Angeline Yeoh

Consultant Dietitian Nutritionist BSc (Microb), MNutrDiet (PHN)

"Eat food, not too much, mostly plants" - Michael Pollan

Angeline Yeoh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Accredited Nutritionist who graduated with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.

She is the founder of Back To Basics Dietetics (www.bbdiet.com.au) with a special interest in diabetes, heart disease, weight management, cancer and plant-based nutrition.

Ben Reynolds

Ben is an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and has worked in Private Practices since 2014. The main therapies that he uses for interventions are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as well as Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing.

During his career he has accumulated a lot of experience working at Royal Brisbane Hospital Mental Health Unit as well as the Non-Government Sector.

Ben takes a special interest in the areas of PTSD, depression, Anxiety Disorders, Relationship Issues, Insomnia, Communication Techniques, Anger Management and Life Stressors.

Nelson Kwan

Nelson Kwan has a Bachlor's Degreee in Physiotherapy and practices as a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. He has 10 years experience as a Physiotherapist in private practice and public hospitals as well as teaching and mentoring Physiotherapy students.

Nelson combines state of the art Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy knowledge with his extensive Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation experience to provide one on one treatment and personalised rehabilitation programs at Recover Physio and Massage. He has a special interest in the management of chronic joint and muscular conditions, as well as exercise rehabilitation.

Phu Mai

Bachelor of Health Science (Podiatry)

Phu was born in Brisbane and has completed his Podiatry degree at Queensland University of Technology in 2013. He has several years' experience as a Podiatrist working in private practice, medical centres and the nursing home sector.

Phu enjoys all aspects of podiatry care including nail care and skin care, diabetes, heel and foot pains, sports podiatry, dry needling and orthotic therapy. Phu aims to provide his patients with excellent and thorough treatment to get them back on their feet doing the activities that they love.

Yu-chi Xie (Ava)

Yu-chi is originally from Taiwan and having worked in Health and Beauty Spas in Taiwan means she is a natural in the industry.

She has worked as a Massage Therapist in Australia for 6 years, and her interest has always focused on different treatment methods designed to bring about balance in the muscular system and the mind.

Yu-chi has 6 years experience in the massage industry and completed her remedial massage qualification in 2018. She combines many modalities within her remedial approach, some of these include: Shiatsu, acupressure, myofascial release, Gua Sha, cupping, lymphatic drainage, pregnancy massage, infant massage, reflexology as well as scalp relief massage techniques to name a few. Yu-chi is a very well rounded therapist and her treatments are often described as efficient and effective.
